EMAIL OVERHAUL
I will spend the entire day getting your email inbox to ZERO by creating customized folders, deleting and unsubscribing from the junk, unsubscribing from unwanted subscriptions, and highlighting action items — a.k.a. items that may need your attention.
LIGHTEN YOUR PAPERWORK LOAD
Let’s minimize the clutter, digitize your paperwork and photos, and shred what’s left. Each file will be labelled and stored in G-Drive and/or a USB stick. After it's all been digitized, I will deliver it to PulpShred for confidential shredding (at the client's expense). Please note that the largest size I can digitize is 8.5X14”.
OFFICE ORGANIZATION AND TASK-TACKLING
Setting up customized organizational systems that work for your lifestyle can turn that chaotic office into a tidy paradise. If your office doesn’t need support, we can tackle the clutter by posting unwanted items for sale, dropping off donations and electronic recycling, or running your list of light errands within Calgary city limits.

HOW IT WORKS
Book a discovery call: Let’s discuss your need for support and learn if we’re a good match to work together.
Kick-off call via Google Meet: Discuss the scope of the project, expectations, questions, schedule your Dream Day date, etc.
The onboarding process: Includes the BTAB Dream Day Client Questionnaire, providing password-safe logins, and reviewing how we communicate during the project.
BTAB Dream Day begins with six to eight hours to tackle the project you’ve chosen.
Wrap-up call via Google Meet: We will go over the work that has been done, tie up any loose ends, and answer any questions you may have.
